This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Description
?????????? is a Glitch Pokemon that exists in
Generation III (Ruby/Sapphire/FireRed/LeafGreen/Emerald). In technical terms, this Pokemon is a placeholder programmed by Nintendo (hence the Pokedex entry), and so is not a "glitch" per se, but is treated as one. This glitch is usually regarded as the more dangerous of the two Gen III glitches, the safer one being ?.
The glitch's sprite, a question mark in a circle, is also used as the "unseen Pokemon" image for the Pokedex. The cry is identical to Bulbasaur's, as is the icon (albeit colored golden).
Most glitchologists would advise you not to play with this Pokemon carelessly, as it has been reported to cause damage.
