This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.
Cycling Road Without a Bike
1) Go to Celadon city and walk towards Cycling Road. Make sure you do not have a bike with you.
2) Go to the top as far as you can and start walking to the left.
3) When the guard starts talking to you, keep pressing B. You will get past him and onto the road.
