This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. Description of Effects
The "Cooltrainer Attack" is one of the most famous glitch attacks, primarily because Ditto can learn it as a result of the Ditto's Secret Move glitch. It has no PP initially, but can be given PP with a PP Up or Ether/Elixir. Its effects are varied, ranging from a damaging attack with an Earthquake animation to Super Glitch-like effects to simply freezing the game.
Because its HEX number is 00, the Cooltrainer Attack can cause strange things to happen to the attack list. Normally, the HEX number 00 is used in slots 2, 3, or 4 to represent a blank space. However, when it is in slot 1, it becomes a usable attack and makes all other attacks invisible. This effect is noticable in Red/Blue #250 Glitch Pokémon (such as A), which have this attack as one of their starting moves. Whenever one of these Pokémon learns a new move, the Cooltrainer Attack is instantly replaced and the Pokémon's other starting moves become visible.
